Advertising job vacancies to external candidates is the most proper way to attract individuals to submit an application. If you are using a service offered by a third party, make sure you have requested permission from the third party to access the data in their services for the relevant position. You should ensure that access is only limited to job vacancies that are still open and not accessed in their entirety. In case you decide that someone already hired is looking to enhance their career in another place, transferring between divisions can be an option to consider. If you are a manager, this will enable you to post information on job openings within the corporation. This form of application, where an existing employee applies for a different position, is called inter-departmental. It can also be referred to as non-hiring manager, as they are only submitting an application to the HRD and letting HRD handle further placement. This is done to avoid redundancy and termination of work, which is not disciplinary but rather a bad thing for the employees concerned. Job application forms are a crucial part of the proper recruitment method. The purpose of the selection process is to determine if an individual's qualifications will be equal to the needs of the corporation and the requirements of the vacant position. This applies to applications from both internal and external sources.
